Key Responsibilities

Live Streaming & Online Sales

• Conduct live streaming sessions
• Host live product demonstrations, interact with viewers, and support live sales activities
• Assist in preparing scripts, product setups, and live-streaming equipment

Social Media & Digital Support

• Assist with social media posting across platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Perform basic social media management, including content scheduling and engagement support
• Support online promotions and campaigns

Retail & Roadshow Support

• Assist in retail shop operations when required
• Support roadshows or retail deployments
• Help with customer interaction and basic sales support

Administrative & General Duties

• Handle general administrative tasks related to e-commerce and operations
• Support order processing, coordination, and basic reporting
• Take on additional tasks assigned by management as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera
• Strong interest in live streaming, e-commerce, and social media
• Basic understanding of social media platforms is an advantage
• Willingness to learn, proactive, and responsible
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work on weekends when required
