Our client, a global life sciences manufacturing firm with operations across multiple regions, is currently seeking a Workplace Project Coordinator, APAC to join their expanding team.

As part of a 3-member team, the Workplace Project Coordinator will act as the key point of contact (POC) for workplace-related projects across the APAC region. The role will be responsible for coordinating project activities and maintaining accurate documentation, including project timelines, vendor agreements, lease documentation, and budget tracking.

Reporting to the Head of Administration, the incumbent will work closely with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular project updates. The role will also involve liaising with external partners on matters relating to site selection, office setup, and renovation requirements.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in workplace, facilities, or office project management
• Strong communication skills in English, as the role requires regular interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines
• Regional exposure within APAC would be an advantage
