Job Description
📍 Jurong
💰 Up to $6000
📅 Start: To commence in May 2026 (6 months)
Job Scope:
- Handle end-to-end PR to PO process
- Convert PRs to POs/contracts (SAP required)
- Support RFQ/RFP, vendor sourcing & evaluation
- Manage vendor onboarding & documentation (ISO, BizSAFE, etc.)
- Ensure audit-ready procurement records & reports
- Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers & project teams
Requirements:
- Min. 2–5 years in Procurement / Supply Chain
- Has prior SAP experience is a must (Jaggaer/Ariba a plus)
- Familiar with PR-PO, RFQ/RFP workflows
- Detail-oriented, good stakeholder management
