Role overview
We are offering a hybrid position that blends member experience support with project work on the sourcing side. Around 70% of your time will sit with Le Club FICOFI where you will help our Advisors craft highly personal wine journeys for members through precise recommendations, timely follow-up and campaign support. The remaining 30% will be dedicated to projects that strengthen our relationships with partner estates and improve how we prepare allocations campaigns and insights. You will report to the Head of Wine stock, offer and distribution.
Being based in Singapore will support hands on training and daily collaboration. The role also requires ability to work across time zones and partnering closely with teams around the world.
What will you do at FICOFI?
Member experience and Advisor enablement
Support the Le Club FICOFI Advisors Team with tailored guidance to refine offers and elevate member wine journey
Bring a concierge mindset to every interaction ensuring each recommendation feels thoughtful relevant and on brand
Partner closely with Le Club FICOFI Advisors to align priorities share insights and keep momentum on member plans
Cellar and opportunity insight
Review member cellars and engagement patterns to spot moments that deserve a curated proposal
Translate data into clear actions so Advisors can focus on relationship building and delivery
Campaign and availability mastery
Maintain an excellent understanding of availability campaign focus and priorities
Help shape the selection logic behind proposals so the right wines reach the right members at the right time

Day to day rhythm
Member insight review
Analyze reports to identify members trends of consumption and commitment
Compare last year patterns with current year activity to reveal gaps and next best actions
Availability and campaign scan
Monitor inventory health and pace to anticipate pressure points and priorities
Track upcoming allocations mandates and key releases to prepare targeted outreach
Proactive member curation
For each new allocation or campaign map likely interest based on history preferences and cellar composition
Draft personalised proposals for Advisor review with clear rationale and suggested positioning
Advisor collaboration
Run short touchpoints with Advisors to align on member strategy and confirm next steps
Share concise insights from cellar analysis including campaign angles and suggested sequencing
Campaign performance monitoring
Track progress on key campaigns and highlight where support or fresh ideas are needed
Suggest ready-to-use offers or tailor-made proposals to close gaps early
Missed opportunity recovery
Flag releases that may have been overlooked and propose a simple corrective plan that respects each member profile

Strong commercial instincts with a service first mindset
Solid knowledge of Fine Wines and curiosity to deepen it further
Excellent organisation and coordination skills with comfort handling multiple priorities
Strong Excel capability and confidence working with data to guide decisions
