Job Summary

The Wellness Facilitator supports the Club Manager in managing daily club operations, enhancing member experiences, fostering a positive team culture, and contributing to business growth in a health and wellness environment.

Responsibilities

Operations

• Support daily club operations including opening and closing routines, inventory management, and facility upkeep to ensure smooth functioning
• Complete operational checklists across recovery, café, and service areas to maintain standards and compliance
• Identify and escalate operational issues promptly to the Club Manager
• Maintain health and safety standards, financial procedures, and regulatory compliance within the club

People, Culture & Performance

• Foster a positive, energetic, and team-focused club culture aligned with Ice Faction’s values
• Support team motivation and performance through active engagement

Member Experience

• Maintain a visible, approachable presence on the floor to deliver exceptional member service and support
• Facilitate community-building initiatives, events, and activations to boost member engagement and retention
• Address member concerns efficiently and escalate only when necessary

Commercial & Growth

• Assist in initiatives to grow revenue from memberships, café sales, and retail offerings
• Support marketing and partnership activities to increase club visibility and attract new members

• Members feel welcomed, valued, and motivated to return
• Team members are supported, coached, and perform consistently at a high level
• Daily operations run smoothly with strong compliance to standards
• Contributions to revenue growth and club profitability are evident
