Job Description:

1. Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming goods and check against delivery orders/invoices.
• Inspect items for damage, quantity accuracy, and quality compliance.
• Record receipts in the inventory report.

2. Storage & Inventory Control

• Properly label, tag, and store items in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and stock takes.
• Ensure proper storage conditions.
• Update stock movement in ERP/WMS or manual logbooks.

3. Issuance & Dispatch

• Pick and issue materials/products according to requisitions.
• Prepare items for delivery/transfer with correct documentation.
• Coordinate with transport/logistics for timely dispatch.

4. Housekeeping & Safety

• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Follow company’s workplace safety and health (WSH) procedures.
• Report accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain stock cards, bin cards, and system entries accurately.
• Generate inventory reports for management review.
• Support monthly/year-end stocktake and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse operations.
• Forklift license (if applicable).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Minimum O-Level in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
