Duties and Roles

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant with company policies.

2. Managing inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize loss. Coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and cost-effective manner.

3. Forecasting and managing inventory levels to meet production and sales requirements.

4. Provide strategic leadership for planning and managing time and resources effectively, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.

5. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.

6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

7. Build team rapport and set team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.

Requirement / skills

- Diploma in logistics / supply chain management / business administration or equivalent.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse managerial position.

- Technical skills and competences.

- Knowledge in handling packaging machines.

- Building Management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and BC knowledge

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

- Physically fit and comfortable working in warehouse environment.

- 5.5 days work week, alternate Saturday OFF.
