WAREHOUSE CLERK

Job Description & Requirements

• Coordinate daily port and warehouse operations, including stevedoring, stuffing/unstuffing activities, forklift coordination and internal cargo movements
• Prepare quotations and attend to customers’ enquiries promptly
• Process billing and ensure accurate submission to customers
• Ensure all operational and shipment documentation are complete and properly maintained
• Liaise closely with internal departments, drivers, operators and external stakeholders for shipment execution
• Coordinate delivery and collection schedules with customers and transport teams
• Handle customer feedback, operational issues and service recovery professionally
• Maintain accurate operational records and filing systems
• Support continuous improvement of operational workflow & Company ERP system
• Perform other operational & administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate are most welcome
• On job training will be provided
• Work location: Based at W5 - Jurong Port
• Able to work as a team & independently
