Job responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, picking, packing, loading.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through stock counts, reconciliations, and system updates.
• Coordinate and liaise effectively with inter-department related all warehouse and logistic concerns.
• Maintain proper storage and labelling of products in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality and availability against records, following established inventory control procedures.
• Monitor and improve space utilization and warehouse layout for operational efficiency.
• Assist on annual stock take and cycle count.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• May assigned to drive the company vehicle as and when needed
• All other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 Years of experience in warehouse roles      
• Must possess at least SG Class 3 license, forklift driving license     
• Shelf-life monitoring for spares     
• Computer literacy     
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and logistics documentation.
• Physically fit

Working Days / Hours

• 5 days work week / 37.5 hours
