• Inspect and verify the quantity of received goods as per Purchase/Delivery Orders, Invoices, or other relevant documentation.
• Promptly report any damage or missing items to a superior during inspection.
• Ensure that regulatory documents (e.g., from SFA, Customs) for imported goods are available upon receipt.
• Store received goods in designated areas according to their temperature requirements to maintain cold chain control when necessary.
• Accurately update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System and manual documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment through regular housekeeping.
• Assist with stock-taking and inventory counts.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by a superior.
