Warehouse Assistant

BullionStar is expanding! We’re looking for an experienced warehouse personnel to join us in an entry-level role within the precious metals industry, offering valuable hands-on learning from industry experts.

Location & Hours
Address: 45 New Bridge Road (5-minute walk from Clarke Quay MRT).
Schedule: 5-day work week, including 1 weekend (Sat or Sun).

Responsibilities:
Warehouse Assistance

• Assist Manager in warehousing operations and inventory audits.

• Process storage-related orders.

• Handle inbound/outbound precious metals deliveries.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.

Operational Support

• Process orders for shipment.

• Count cash and test precious metals authenticity.

• Display showroom precious metals attractively.

• Any other assigned tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Requires meticulous attention to detail when handling high-value items (e.g., audits, authenticity testing, and cash transactions).

• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all work and conduct.

• 'N' / 'O' Levels or above.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 2,000 to SGD 3,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months' bonus. In addition, BullionStar provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month salary. BullionStar furthermore offers reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.
