Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Singapore. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the timely fulfilment of customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition of goods, and accurately store items in designated warehouse locations
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to order specifications, ensuring correct quantities and items are included
• Maintain accurate inventory records, assist in cycle counting, and identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by following safety regulations and procedures
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts (training provided if needed)
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse associates and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies

Required competencies and certifications

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg (essential for safe handling of goods)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctuality and reliability
• Commitment to work 5 days or more per week
