Role Overview

As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will lead the local supply chain team to ensure smooth daily operations. Your focus will be on supervising staff, analyzing data to improve workflows, and managing projects that enhance how we receive, store, and ship materials. You will be the key person responsible for system updates, performance audits, and ensuring the team meets both company goals and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct supervision of warehouse and logistics personnel with a heavy emphasis on a safety-first culture.

• Strategic Planning: Create and manage long-term plans (1–5 years) for warehouse space, equipment, and staffing needs.

• Performance Tracking: Manage internal and external warehouse partners by setting and auditing KPIs. Create "fix-it" plans if performance gaps are found.

• Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the safe handling and transport of hazardous goods, ensuring all local and global regulations are met.

• Inventory Control: Improve inventory accuracy and efficiency to reduce waste and loss.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Sales, and Procurement to ensure the supply chain supports overall business needs.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 5 years in a warehouse/logistics leadership role.

• Technical Skills: Comfortable using ERP systems and general computer software.

• Project Management: Experience in coordinating maintenance and process improvement projects.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external partners.

• Bonus Skills: A valid forklift license or "Work at Height" certification is a plus.
