• Industry/ Organization Type: Pediatric and Child Health Clinic
• Position Title: Clinic Assistant
• Working Location: Central – Orchard (Walking distance from MRT to the company)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm, Every Sat half day: 8.30am-1pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 3800
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during patient consultations and procedures
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as measuring vital signs, height, and weight of patients
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure medical equipment is clean and well-stocked
• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
• Provide front-desk support including answering phone calls and attending to patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist in electronic medical documentation
• Manage administrative tasks such as billing, stock-taking, and inventory of clinic supplies
• Ensure a clean, child-friendly, and safe clinic environment at all times
• Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with clinic protocols and healthcare regulations

• Min. 2 years of working experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and parents
• Possess basic computer skills
