Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an attentive, friendly, and reliable Waiter / Waitress to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival

• Present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations

• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system

• Communicate orders to kitchen and bar staff clearly and efficiently

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner

• Check in with guests during meals to ensure satisfaction

• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally

• Process payments and issue receipts (cash, card, etc.)

• Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area

• Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer-facing role preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Basic math skills for handling bills and payments

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided if needed)

• 6 day work week based on roster shift
