About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing creative agency based in Singapore, known for delivering bold, visually driven campaigns and brand experiences across digital and social platforms. They are now looking for a versatile Videographer who can handle the full spectrum of production — from filming and photography to editing and post-production — to join their creative team.

Role Overview

You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life through high-quality video and photography content. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative and account teams to conceptualise, shoot, and edit content that captures each brand’s unique story. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand projects.
• Capture high-quality photography — including product, lifestyle, and event shoots.
• Edit videos for various formats and platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, website, etc.), ensuring strong storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency.
• Handle post-production tasks: color correction, audio balancing, basic motion graphics, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and strategists to understand project briefs and develop storyboards or shot lists.
• Maintain and manage production equipment, ensuring everything is ready for shoots.
• Stay up-to-date with content trends, editing techniques, and new video technologies.
• Manage media storage, backups, and version control for all assets.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in videography, photography, and editing (agency or production background preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across video and photo content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve; Photoshop and Lightroom for photography.
• Familiarity with After Effects or other motion graphics tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and camera operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to creative feedback.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: experience with drone footage or short-form video content (Reels, TikTok).
