About the Role

Leading A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, is appoint a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-profile development project. The project comprises a landmark building with basement works, landscaping, and integration with transport and park infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily site operations for a large-scale, building project involving structural works, architectural finishes, and integrated landscaping.
• Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and workers to ensure works are executed according to schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and client representatives to resolve site issues and design queries promptly.
• Oversee basement excavation, structural construction, M&E coordination, and finishing works.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies across all site activities.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Prepare and present site reports, progress updates, and incident documentation.
• Support Project Manager in variation orders, claims, and contractual matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of site management experience in building projects (public, institutional, or mixed-use developments).
• Experience working with an A1 Main Contractor or equivalent tier is highly preferred.
