We are looking for an Operations Executive (Tankers) to support the day-to-day commercial and operational management of tanker vessels. The role involves coordinating voyage operations from pre-fixture to post-fixture, ensuring charter party requirements are met while maintaining efficient vessel performance and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel movements and coordinate voyage operations.

• Liaise with charterers, brokers, agents, and vessel masters on operational matters.

• Prepare and provide vessel documents such as Q88, certificates, and operational questionnaires.

• Coordinate stowage plans, voyage orders, and cargo documentation (B/L, LOIs).

• Appoint port agents and manage PDA approvals where required.

• Ensure compliance with charter party terms and operational procedures.

• Handle hire/freight billing, demurrage submissions, and voyage results reporting.

• Maintain accurate operational records and update internal systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, or related discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in shipping operations, preferably tanker operations.

• Sailing experience onboard vessels is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
