Job Summary

GB Global seeks a skilled Valuer to assess property market values and provide expert advice, supporting clients in their real estate requirements in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough property inspections to assess conditions and gather relevant data
• Analyse local market trends and property data to produce accurate valuation estimates
• Apply various appraisal methods including sales comparison, income, and cost approaches to determine property values
• Prepare detailed valuation reports with comprehensive property descriptions and photographs
• Perform due diligence to verify property details for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Deliver high-quality valuation assignments within deadlines, adhering to valuation standards and client instructions
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in valuation techniques and real estate financial modelling to support accurate property assessments
• Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and relevance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex valuation tasks under pressure
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with internal teams and external clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• High attention to detail to ensure error-free and precise valuation reports

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Real Estate or related field
