Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Monitor, operate, and maintain utility systems and production equipment, including but not limited to:

•⁠ ⁠Boiler steam generation system (possession of a Certificate of Competency for Boiler Attendant, at least Class 2, is required)

•⁠ ⁠Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP); Odour Containment System with chemical scrubber; Reverse Osmosis (RO) water system; Chillers, cooling towers, and chilled water recirculation system; Air compressor systems; Nitrogen distribution system; Production equipment such as spray dryers, powder blenders, liquid mixers/tanks, etc.

2. Ensure all utility systems and production equipment start and operate efficiently and reliably.

3. Conduct regular maintenance activities including:

•⁠ ⁠Chemical top-ups for systems like WWTP and chemical scrubbers

•⁠ ⁠Removal and proper disposal of waste residues, such as flocculated sludge in WWTP

•⁠ ⁠Replacement of spent chemical solutions in scrubbers

•⁠ ⁠Periodic inspection and preventive maintenance of all systems and production equipment

4. Perform functional checks and monitor key operating parameters, maintaining accurate records.

5. Execute primary maintenance programs and promptly identify early signs of malfunction or wear, reporting issues to superiors.

6. Coordinate and liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance works, spare parts procurement, and chemical supplies.

7. Oversee contractor-led instrument calibration programs for utility systems and production equipment.

• Min Nitec and above
• Boiler cert is a bonus
• Able to start immediately
