Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support workforce planning and operational needs in the construction sector.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for local and foreign employees, including skilled workers, supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Manage foreign workforce administration, including Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass applications, renewals, levy calculations, and quota compliance.
- Liaise with MOM and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and construction sector manpower policies.
- Design and implement HR policies, employment contracts, and SOPs aligned with statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing, CPF contributions, leave administration, and employee benefits management.
- Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Support management in manpower budgeting, workforce cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness for employment records, safety certifications, and regulatory inspections.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on talent retention, workforce planning, and HR risk management.
