Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

• Lead, manage, and motivate a warehouse team to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company procedures.

• Perform basic quality assurance (QA) checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy and condition compliance.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse data using SAP or other warehouse systems.

• Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping standards, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare basic reports and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
  

Job Requirements:

• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Prior experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems is preferred.

• Valid forklift license is an added advantage.
