Customer Service Assistant (Medical industry)

Provide medical interpretation, translation, and administrative support for Japanese-speaking clients.

Job Description:

- Provide service to our Japanese member/spouse/child at the local hospital/clinic as an interpreter for the doctor consultation, reception procedures, medical explanations, Insurance applications and payment procedures.

- Provide translation service via phone.

- Provide support for assigned task & handling phone calls & email correspondence.

- Translate documents in Japanese and English Language.

- Provide general administrative & operational support.

- Input monthly data entry and perform ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

- Highly proficient in Japanese language and English language for interpretation between Japanese and English conversation

- Customer Service experience (Minimum 3 years)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)

- Good organization and time management skill

- Co-operative team player with ability to multi-task

- Previous working experiences in the medical field are an advantage
