Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site start-up, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of semiconductor equipment at customer locations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability, efficiency, and productivity
• Adhere to established work schedules, standard operating procedures, and documentation requirements; maintain accurate service records and reports
• Provide technical training and support to customers’ engineers and technicians to ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives and operational needs

Requirements:

• Min Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Strong technical aptitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Responsible, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Demonstrates initiative, commitment, and reliability in completing assigned tasks
• Willing to travel overseas for work assignments, training, and technical support
