👔 Retail Supervisor – Fashion / Customer Service

💰 Salary: Up to $2,500 Basic + $200 Allowance + Commission ($500+) + Variable Bonus
📍 Location: OG People’s Park Department Store
🕘 Working Days: 6 days/week (including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)

🔧 Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide personalized recommendations

• Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets

• Assist with daily store operations, including stockroom organization

• At least 2 years retail experience, preferably in fashion or customer service

• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
