Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software developers and engineers to deliver innovative smart IoT and measuring products.
• Apply embedded software programming knowledge to develop next-generation products.
• Define product specifications and development strategies to meet functional performance targets.
• Participate in design, development, and implementation of new features for prototypes and pilot production.
• Oversee mass production and global product launch.
• Engage directly with engineering, QA, and production teams at the factory.
• Opportunity to patent designs and build a professional R&D profile.
• Exposure to genuine R&D work, not just routine engineering tasks.
• Travel opportunities to major international exhibitions and trade shows in countries like Japan, US, and Germany.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or MSc. from EEE, Mechatronics or Computer Engineering are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of C-Programming and Embedded Software is required.
• Good interpersonal skill. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative mindset.
• Capable of working independently and in a team in a stimulating multidisciplinary environment emphasizing teamwork.
