Responsibilities for Leasing Manager:

• Responsible for identifying and engaging potential retail tenants.
• Conduct market research, strategic networking, and proactive outreach.
• Manager will lead and mentor the team, ensuring the successful implementation of leasing strategies
• Primary focus will be on maximizing rental income and maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Responsible for finalizing lease agreements and managing documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Min 8 year of retail leasing experience
