Seeking an experienced Buyer to join their client. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and purchasing of subcontracted services and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) components to support the company's manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers of subcontracted services and OEM components
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules
• Identify new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and reliability
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs, and supplier performance
• Optimize inventory levels and implement just-in-time purchasing practices
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Proficient in data analysis and using procurement software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
