1. Nursery & Supply Chain Support

● Nursery Management: Assist the Head of Ops in managing a team of farm hands to ensure a consistent, high-quality supply of seedlings.

● Crop R&D: Help execute trials on new crop varieties and nutrient inputs to optimize yield and flavor.

● Inventory Control: Ensure the nursery is organized and stocked to meet the demands of our growing Singapore footprint.

2. Field Operations & Customer Success

● Installation & Maintenance: Work on the frontline with our urban farmers to install and service Grobrix walls in prestigious locations.

● Customer Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador. Whether you’re talking to a Chef or an Office Manager, you’ll provide expert advice on plant care and harvesting.

● Farm-to-Table Integration: Help clients understand how to best use their harvest, bridging the gap between urban farming and culinary use.

✨ About You

● The Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in farming, landscaping, F&B, field service, or related industries.

● Proven experience handling daily operational activities independently.

● Hands- on technical skills with installation and basic maintenance works.

● A keen interest in (or experience with) the F&B industry and farm-to-table concepts is a huge plus.

● Effectively communication with internal and our high-profile corporate clients.

📋 Requirements

● Valid Class 3/3A driving license is a plus

● Good physical fits for field installations and nursery work.

● Strong attention to detail and a data-driven, growth mindset.
