Job Summary:
The role supports event planning, marketing content creation, and business operations. It involves coordinating end-to-end event logistics, producing clear and engaging communications, and supporting administrative and operational processes to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Management

• Plan, organise and execute events aligned with programme or organisational objectives.

• Coordinate logistics with vendors, suppliers, event staff and venues.

• Manage event budgets and monitor expenses for cost efficiency.

• Oversee event-day operations and resolve issues promptly.

• Gather and analyse post-event feedback for improvement.

Copywriting & Communications

• Create engaging copy for event promotions, marketing materials, websites, speeches and social media.

• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging consistency.

• Edit and proofread content for clarity and accuracy.

Business Operations

• Support administrative tasks, mobility portal management and respond to student or partner enquiries.

• Collect and analyse data to prepare reports on event performance and engagement.

• Track key metrics and recommend improvements.

• Assist with finance and procurement processes (e.g., invoicing, purchase orders).

• Contribute to updating process documentation and operational guidelines.
