Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows (as-is/to-be).
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand needs and drive adoption.
• Translate requirements into user stories and collaborate with developers to ensure implementation.
• Design and prototype low- to high-fidelity wireframes for applications and digital platforms.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces across devices.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a product, experience, or UX/UI designer.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Exposure to AI and automation in product design.
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Collaborative mindset, working with Product, Tech, Data, and Business teams.
• Solid understanding of product design processes and emerging technologies.
