Fixed shift:
Morning: 6.30am - 2.50pm
Afternoon: 2.10pm - 10.30pm
Night: 10.20pm to 6.40am (Additional $100 night shift allowance for night shift)
Additional S$300 operate scooter variable allowance (training provided)

🌟 Core Responsibilities

• Retrieve unused trolleys, wheelchairs, and baby strollers, including gathering, stacking, and moving them to designated Staging Points.

• Monitor and manage your assigned work area (and other relevant areas) to locate and retrieve unused trolleys left by passengers.

• Exercise caution and stay vigilant for passengers and obstacles (e.g., fire safety equipment, chairs, walls) while moving trolleys.

• Ensure a minimum number of trolleys is consistently available at designated Staging Points within your area.

• Maintain the work area tidy by preventing the accumulation of more than 10 scattered trolleys within 10 minutes.

• Assist passengers with basic customer service skills.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.

🛠 Periodic / Ad-Hoc Duties

• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors, including:

  • Porter services as assigned.

  • Intra-terminal and/or inter-terminal trolley transfers.

• Perform equipment wipe-downs and cleaning when assigned.

• Operate trolley transporting equipment when required.

📌 Job Specifications / Qualifications

• Capable of:

  • Lifting luggage up to 25 kg onto a raised platform.

  • Pushing 6 to 12 connected baggage trolleys.

  • Pushing a fully loaded porter trolley (up to 6 large luggage).

• Understand basic written and spoken English.

• Able to use smart devices.

• Maintain a well-groomed and tidy appearance as required for service staff.

• Adaptable, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team.
