Bio Organicare is a Singapore-based scalp-care and hair-wellness brand combining organic ingredients with Korean-inspired bio-science technology.
We specialise in non-medical scalp wellness, using advanced devices such as PlasmaCell-X, Collagen Boost, and LED Regeneration systems.
We are expanding our team to strengthen our scientific and educational foundation.

Position: Trichologist / Scalp Science Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional scalp and hair consultations using microscope / A.I. scanner.
• Develop customised scalp-care programs based on client’s lifestyle and scalp condition.
• Educate consultants and therapists on scalp physiology, hygiene, and product knowledge.
• Provide technical support and training on PlasmaCell-X, LED, and other bio-science treatments.
• Create and review scalp-health educational content for marketing (non-medical).
• Support research, data documentation, and internal SOPs to enhance treatment credibility.
• Participate in seminars, product demos, and partnership events as brand expert.

Requirements

• Certified Trichologist (e.g., International Association of Trichologists, Institute of Trichologists, TrichoCare UK, or equivalent)
  OR Diploma / Degree in Biomedical Science, Cosmetology, or Hair & Scalp Technology.
• Strong understanding of hair and scalp physiology (non-medical context).
• Excellent communication skills to explain science in simple, customer-friendly ways.
• Passionate about holistic scalp health, organic care, and modern technology.
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin) preferred.
• Able to conduct internal staff training occasionally on weekends if required.
