Our esteemed client in the public healthcare industry is seeking an experienced nursing professional to join their team as a Transplant Coordinator!

Responsibilities:

• Manage transplant referrals from other hospitals, and overseas (for live donors only)

• Guide and counsel potential donors, recipients, and families throughout the transplant process

• Provide counselling for patients considering deceased donor transplants

• Liaise with MOH and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with transplant policies

• Regularly review and manage patients on the Kidney Transplant Waiting List

• Schedule lab tests, clinic appointments, and follow-up reviews

• Prepare patients selected for deceased donor transplants

• Attend ward rounds and clinics to support patient care and arrange required investigations

• Educate patients post-transplant and assist with follow-up care

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of experience (ICU or OT post-basic training is a plus), OR a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Life Sciences

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare

• Mature and driven personality

• Able to work independently under pressure

• Comfortable to be on standby for on-call duties if required
