Job Summary

Drive regional sales and market expansion for Oleo/Biodiesel products by managing pricing, production coordination and customer relationships to support global business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional sales activities to promote Oleo/Biodiesel products in overseas markets, achieving sales targets and market growth
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for Oleo/Biodiesel products to optimise profitability
• Coordinate production planning to ensure timely product availability aligned with market demand
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to expand product reach and customer base
• Oversee product sample delivery and tracking to support customer evaluation and satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers to enhance business partnerships
• Contribute to new product development initiatives by providing market insights and feedback
• Monitor and analyse export and international business trends, activities and results to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with the group’s overseas Oleo marketing teams to align and develop global business strategies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fresh graduate with Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Social Sciences or equivalent, or 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated diligence, passion, perseverance, and ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Strong business acumen with maturity, integrity, and independence in decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
