Responsibilities:

• Handling of shipping and trade documentations
• Maintain close communication with relevant counterparts on loading & discharging details, vessel nomination, stowage planning
• Monitoring of receivables and payables
• Handling of all L/C related activities (preparation, issuance, negotiation)
• Check against the contractual terms, ensuring that shipments requirements are in place

Requirements:

• Min Diploma
• Min 3 years of experience in similar capacity within the dry bulk sector, prior experience handling metal is preferred
• Experience from commodity trading house is a must
• Familiar in with L/C and contractual terms. Experience in SAP is preferred
