My client is a well established Agri-commodities company who is looking for an Operations Executive with at least 2 years of related agriculture experience to join their team.

about the job

• Manage end-to-end trade operation for contracts
• Coordinate with shipping desks, chartering teams, agents, and surveyors, including nomination, loading/discharging, and timely clearance
• Prepare, check, and process a full set of commercial and shipping documents (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.), ensuring compliance with Letter of Credit (LC) terms and destination requirement
• Proactively manage and resolve claims (demurrage, quality)

skills and experience required

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Trade Operations/Execution within the agri-commodity trading sector
• Direct operational experience with at least one of the following: Pulses (Grains/Soft Commodities), Fertilizers (Dry Bulk), and/or Edible/Vegetable Oils (Bulk Liquid)
• Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, UCP 600, ISBP, and trade finance instruments (LCs). Familiarity with GAFTA/FOSFA contract terms is a significant advantage
• High level of attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical ability, and proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
