• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing
• Position Title: Trade & Pricing Executive
• Working Location: Central (Walk distance from Raffles MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate pricing/quotations for international shipments by coordinating rates, surcharges, and service scope with overseas agents and partners.
• Support IOR/ EOR operations, ensuring shipments are arranged in line with import/ export requirements and customer instructions.
• Manage trade documentation (e.g., shipping documents and related declarations) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
• Liaise with overseas agents, service providers, and internal teams to confirm operational details, timelines, and cost components.
• Track and maintain pricing and operational records, ensuring data is properly updated for reference and audit purposes.
• Assist in resolving pricing or shipment processing issues by coordinating corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

• Minimum Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, pricing, or trade operations is an added advantage.
• Knowledge with IOR/ EOR processes and international trade regulations (APAC) is a plus.
• Comfortable handling pricing discussions and negotiations with overseas partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
