Responsibilities

• Counter sales with tour leading opportunities
• Handle clients’ inquiries related to travel
• Prepare, process, and maintain accurate travel booking in the system
• Follow up on tour confirmation, payment and documentation
• Coordinate with back-end team on pricing and travel updates.
• Possess good customer service skills and able to interact with people
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned, in line with the responsibilities of the role.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• With or without experience are welcomed (Training will be provided)
• Friendly disposition, sales and service oriented
• Required to operate computer and in-house system
• Relevant working experience in the service industry will be an advantage
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking associates)
• Willingness to learn and develop organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance.
• Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting

Compensation Package

• Basic + commission + allowance
