Job Description

·      We are looking for a skilled TLM Developer with hands-on experience in SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) to support and enhance enterprise reconciliation systems within a banking or financial services environment. 

·      In this role, you will design, develop, and configure reconciliation rules, data mappings, and workflows while ensuring smooth daily reconciliation operations. 

·      You will collaborate closely with business and operations teams to improve reconciliation processes and maintain high system reliability. 

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop and configure reconciliation solutions using SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM). 

·      Design and implement reconciliation rules, AutoMatch configurations, and data mappings. 

·      Support end-to-end reconciliation development and delivery. 

·      Manage application migrations and enhancements to reconciliation platforms. 

·      Monitor daily reconciliation processes and resolve exceptions. 

·      Investigate and resolve production issues while ensuring minimal operational disruption. 

·      Collaborate with business and operations teams to improve reconciliation workflows and transaction processing efficiency.

 Key Requirements

·      3+ years of experience in TLM or reconciliation platforms. 

·      Hands-on experience with SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) development and configuration.

·       Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes and AutoMatch rules. 

·      Proficiency in SQL and Unix/Linux environments. 

·      Experience working in banking or financial services organizations.

·       Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
