🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven TikTok MCN Operations Manager to manage end-to-end livestream operations, working closely with live hosts (streamers), merchants, and internal teams to drive sales performance and campaign success.
This role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok LIVE, e-commerce conversion, and creator management and can execute both strategy and operations.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
🎥 1. Livestream Operations Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end TikTok LIVE campaigns
- Coordinate livestream schedules, run-of-show, and content flow
- Ensure smooth execution during LIVE sessions (timing, engagement, sales push)
- Monitor LIVE performance and troubleshoot in real-time
🤝 2. Creator / Host Management
- Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok livestream hosts (KOLs / streamers)
- Train hosts on product knowledge, scripts, and selling techniques
- Guide hosts on content delivery, engagement tactics, and conversion strategies
- Track host performance (GMV, CTR, engagement rate)
🛍️ 3. Merchant & Campaign Coordination
- Work closely with merchants to plan promotions, bundles, and offers
- Align on campaign objectives (sales targets, traffic goals)
- Coordinate product selection, pricing strategy, and inventory readiness
- Ensure all promotions are properly reflected during LIVE sessions
📊 4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze livestream KPIs (GMV, traffic, conversion rate, AOV)
- Generate post-campaign reports and insights
- Identify improvement areas and optimize future campaigns
- A/B test different livestream formats, scripts, and offers
⚙️ 5. Campaign & Workflow Execution
- Set up livestream campaigns within TikTok Seller Center / backend tools
- Coordinate with marketing team for traffic generation (ads, content, affiliates)
- Ensure all assets (scripts, visuals, links) are prepared before LIVE
- Manage backend operations such as product linking, vouchers, and checkout flow
📣 6. Content & Sales Strategy
- Develop high-converting livestream strategies (hooks, storytelling, urgency tactics)
- Plan promotional angles (flash deals, limited offers, bundles)
- Work with creators to improve viewer retention and engagement
- Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities
👥 7. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with internal teams (marketing, creative, tech) for campaign execution
- Liaise with external partners (MCNs, agencies, influencers)
- Ensure alignment between traffic → livestream → conversion funnel
🎯 KPIs (Success Metrics)
- Livestream GMV & revenue growth
- Conversion rate & average order value (AOV)
- Viewer engagement & retention rate
- Number of successful livestream campaigns
- Creator performance & retention
💡 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in TikTok LIVE / e-commerce / MCN / social commerce
- Strong understanding of livestream selling mechanics
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center or similar platforms
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent coordination & communication skills
- Fast-paced, execution-focused, and results-driven
🔥 Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience managing TikTok Shop / Affiliate programs
- Background in e-commerce, retail, or F&B campaigns
- Familiar with automation tools (e.g., WhatsApp CRM, omnichannel systems like MiniChat Pro V2)
- Experience running paid traffic to livestreams
