About the Role:
We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth across Intellimed’s Advanced Therapy portfolio. The primary focus of the role will be aligned to your prior clinical or sales experience (e.g., advanced wound care, surgical devices, or interventional cardiology), with structured portfolio expansion over time as technical depth is developed. This is a field-based, customer-focused role requiring strong clinical sales skills, consultative engagement, and the ability to build trusted relationships within hospitals and specialist clinics across Singapore. We are looking for individuals who bring strong clinical networks and relationship-building capability; technical product depth will be developed through structured training and mentorship.
The Territory Manager will develop and execute sales and marketingplans across assigned therapy areas, launching and growing innovative medical devices and AI-enabled healthcare solutions in Singapore.
This is a customer focussed sales role with a focus on sales management, product management & therapy development using strong clinical and consultative selling skills. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve assigned quotas across the designated therapy focus area.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders including surgeons (plastic, vascular general), wound care specialists, interventional cardiologists, nursing leaders, and procurement teams.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to garner support and product adoption.
- Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the clinical and economic benefits of our solutions.
- Identify cross-portfolio opportunities and progressively expand coverage across Intellimed’s Advanced Therapy solutions.
- Partner with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop and execute GTM strategies, localize marketing materials and execute targeted campaigns in the region
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing customer support.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant market trends, clinical developments, and competitor activities across assigned therapy areas.
