Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender submissions, cost reports, and cost plans; evaluate tenders.

• Handle pre-contract and post-contract administration duties for tenders.

• Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultants, and attend site visits and tender briefings/meetings.

• Evaluate and review tender drawings for discrepancies.

• Perform quantity take-offs, prepare bills of quantities, and source/select subcontractors.

• Liaise and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

• Evaluate quotations from subcontractors/suppliers according to tender requirements.

• Ensure timely preparation of cost estimations, technical data, and unit rates.

• Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in an M&E construction company, preferably with main contractor experience.

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or equivalent experience as a QS with technical knowledge.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
