The Business & the Creatives Cluster in Singapore Polytechnic is looking to hire a Temporary Project Executive.

Responsibilities:

To assist in the planning, execution, and marketing support of various events organised by the Outreach team, ensuring administrative and operational services are seamlessly coordinated with all relevant vendors and stakeholders to achieve the team’s objectives.

The role involves:

-  Event Coordination
- Marketing and Communication Support
-  Administrative support

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification preferably in marketing and event management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in social media tools and software, are also essential.
- Able to work well under pressure and be adaptable to changing event requirements.
- Independent and self-motivated with good interpersonal and social skills.

Working Arrangement:

Hybrid working arrangement of 2-3 days in the office/work from home from 8:30am to 6pm (Mon - Thurs), 8:30-5:30pm (Fri). This is flexible and subject to the exigencies of the project requirements. You may need to work on Saturday, should there be any events (eg. Open House).

Contract Duration:

Able to commit till February 2027
