IT Ops Reporting

• Create Service Request forms in ServiceNow
• Review submitted change requests, service requests and incident tickets in ServiceNow and ensure timely and proper closure.
• Generate ServiceNow reports every month and use them to create meaningful PowerPoint charts
• Incorporate PowerPoint charts into IT operations reports

Log Review Reporting

• Review and analyse monthly system audit logs from Windows and Unix environments
• Generate structured log review reports following established templates and standards
• Update system audit logs with ServiceNow tickets by correlating log findings with relevant activity
• Maintain accurate documentation of log analysis findings and follow-up actions
• Submit monthly log review reports within designated deadlines
• Coordinate with system administrators and security teams when necessary for log clarification
• Ensure compliance with internal logging and reporting policies

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
• Basic understanding of IT operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures
• Available to work during standard office hours
• Experience with IT operations reports, log reviews and Excel/Powerpoint skills would be an advantage
• Able to commit for 12-month
