Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration and coordination of the assessments, including liaising with schools and service providers on registration, scheduling, and operational matters.
• Maintain records and data, including participant administration and certificate processing or issuance.
• Coordinate the programme, including student registration, tracking outcomes, and liaising with instructors, MOE schools, and Singapore Aquatics (SAQ).
• Support public education and communication initiatives, including preparation of informational materials and social media content and water safety awareness.
• Handle general administrative tasks and ad-hoc queries, and assist in coordinating operational or technical matters related to aquatics programmes.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong administrative and data management skills.
• Experience in programme coordination or management, preferably in sports, physical activity, or aquatics-related environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively.
