Key responsibilities:

1. Outbound calls: Initiate 100+ calls daily to prospects using provided leads or targeted lists.
2. Product expertise: Clearly articulate product benefits, pricing, and promotions to drive interest.
3. Object handling: Address concerns creatively to convert leads into sales.
4. Target achievement: Meet or exceed weekly/ monthly sales targets and KPIs (e.g. conversion rates)

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years in telesales, inside sales, or customer service
• Skills: Persuasive and professional communication, active listening, resilience in handling rejection and meeting targets
