Job Description
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to check in and provide support to clients.
- Listen with empathy and refer clients to appropriate resources when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Keep accurate case notes and records.
- Support the team in outreach or awareness projects.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to manage sensitive situations.
- Able to work independently while being a supportive team player.
- Willing to learn and apply counselling techniques in practice.
