Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal R&D and Module teams to develop eflash process.
• Collaborate with customer for device/process requirement/spec alignment
• Collaborate with internal R&D testing team to develop eflash CP test program and qualification criteria.
• Collaborate with internal R&D device team to develop new devices, including electrical parameter tuning and layout optimization, as well as device qualification.
• Collaborate with internal R&D team to set up PDK related document for new development devices, including topological layout rule definition and electrical spec definition, as well as Boolean formula creation.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years Experience in Foundry R&D, process integration, device development or process modules.
• Good communication, self-motived and avid learner.

Qualifications:

• At least bachelor degree in electronics/electrical/physics/materials engineering or other relevant fields.
• Proficient English oral and writing skill.
