Dismantle and Reassemble of Equipment

1. Identify potential sources of hazard before dismantling.
2. Carry out the correct isolation and disconnection procedure.
3. Apply appropriate tests and test equipment to ensure reassembly is correct and effective.

Monitor and Maintain the Condition of Equipment

1. Monitor and record what has been carried out in the work history/log.
2. Adjust with minimum disruption to any ongoing activities and minimum waste of resources.
3. Record and communicate monitored outcomes accurately and in a timely fashion to raise the effectiveness of MMS.
4. Handle and store spare parts appropriately and securely.

Diagnose Faults

1. Respond promptly to problems in line with approved procedures.
2. Select appropriate tests and diagnostic procedures and apply them methodically.
3. Use the results of inspections to determine the appropriate actions to take.

Monitor and Maintain Pollution Control Measures

1. Unplanned discharges to the environment are identified, halted where possible, and reported according to policy, procedure and regulation.
2. Equipment, waste or other materials for disposal are dealt with according to the correct procedure.
3. Relevant PPE is used to deal with unplanned discharges using the company procedures

Contribute to Health & Safety in the Working Environment

1. Positive action is taken to stop hazards and unsafe behaviours.
2. Alarms are raised as appropriate and/or acted upon using applied policies and procedures or initiative.
3. All potential and actual incidents are reported to the relevant supervisor.

Emergency Response

1. Demonstrate competence in Emergency Response drills and exercises.
2. Carry out the Emergency Response role (See Station Bill).
Requirements

1. Willing to undertake both onshore and offshore assignments as required.
2. Able to complete assigned rotations or projects fully and remain for the entire assignment period.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in onshore and/or offshore roles within the oil & gas industry.
4. Hands-on experience in maintenance and operations activities.
5. Physically fit to work in onshore and offshore environments
